Well i sent just the phone back... no battery and no accessories. But I did send the back plate... I hope they don't complain about the battery. I would really like to keep it as a backup. There is no reason they should care about the battery... its very heavely used and they cant send them with replacement phones because theres no telling when they could fail.

My instructions were phone battery and back and to keep the microsd. Nothing else was mentioned.

i get all my spare accesories by just asking my local sprint store: it has a repair center and they always have extra backs, stylus' batteries ect... all you have to do is ask most times.

seriously all they really want is the device. The batteries cost them pennies compared to what consumers have to pay for a replacement and a little plastic cover for the back is nothing either.
