Volume Control w/ Audiopara Cab HELP

I installed the audiopara CAB and it definitely increased the volume on my TP phone. However, when I use the volume control on the side of the phone, it shows the volume getting lower on the screen, but the volume stays the same. When you are in a quiet room, the volume is actually so loud that other people around you can hear the other party on the phone. Is there a CAB or registry hack that allows to still take advantage of the louder sound from audiopara but still allow you to lower the volume when talking so other people can't hear it.
