Find a program called gyrator

Do a search and you will come up with the cab file for it.

It only rotates in certain programs like Opera and some games. TF3D (home screen, etc) doesn't rotate with the g-sensor. Sorry. I'm not sure about gyrator though, you can try that. But as for rotating home screen, etc....nada.

Shouldn't the phone be able to do it by itself?

I adjusted the g-sensor. Teeter works (the game with the ball).

Isn't it suppose to work by turning it sideways stock? maybe a setting adjustment?

I think the phone is ok, U just not rotating enough for the phone, may be your rotator is broke

Loren...listen....the phone doesn't rotate using the g-sensor on the home screen, music, contacts, etc. unless you open the keyboard. The g-sensor only rotates programs that are coded for it like Opera, teeter, and some other programs and games. YOUR PHONE is fine!!!!! I promise!!!

As said above, the GSensor only works on certain apps. Gyrator will make it work with others.

I believe there's a setting to manually adjust it inside Start>Settings>System>Screen>Rotate

I have the Verizon TP but I have tried MANY roms and have never seen that option. Does your phone have it?

the phone only goes into landscape mode when sideways in some apps like opera and what not, if you want to make it rotate all the time when it is sideways download gyrator and then it will.

I found a free application called RotateScreen posted by tmz back in September 2008 (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...t=rotatescreen). I added RotateScreen to my Start Menu, so I just click Start, then RotateScreen and I'm in landscape mode. When I'm finished, I click Start, then RotateScreen again and I'm back to portrait mode.

lol, maybe...we'll see. thank you very much, i appreciate it a lot. actually the guy who originally told me about this website came in today and had a Touch Pro, and he remembered me from like 2 years ago. his display was split into two halves, (the right side was on the left, and the left side was on the right, and it was also that way on & off with the top on the bottom, and bottom on the top...it was weird...)
