Just do the advanced exchange. Mine came in the next morning and it was a brand new phone with a build date of 11/11. It's nice because you get the full retail box which includes everything. Nice because you get a spare battery, battery cover, and 2 stylists.

Yeah... I was told through advanced tech support they'd send me a phone, but can't guarantee if it's refurb or not plus there's a 2 week waiting period. Not sure the validity of that, but will go through the advanced exchange and hope for the best..

Stupid customer service.. if i wanted to type on screen I would of just gotten the diamond!

im experiencing the same keyboard problem with a verizon touch pro the only problem is the stores and customer service dont have it in stock

Less than 24 hours! 2 weeks my arse.

Just do the ONLINE advanced exchange. That way you don't have to deal with a Sprint representative. Here's the direct link:

sorry, didnt realize you were with verizon. i believe its just for sprint warranties.

how do you check the build date? verizon just got some in stock theyre sending me a replacement monday i hope its new

Did they actually e-mail you for when it would ship? I have no e-mails yet :(

I guess since I will be getting a different phone (hopefully brand new.. fingers crossed) I will have to reflash the sprint rom and relock it.. ah well...
