Ok, I will assume you are talking about the windows built in protection, corect?

I am not sure but I know a hard reset will do it.

Never mind, figured out how to do a hard reset. Will still like to know how to get in the phone though without hard setting though.

device off, volume down and enter key the press and hold power key till you see the message.

I am not so sure its possible to be honest with you. I have never heard of it being done nor anyone asking about it.

The password is there for a reason. Keep in mind people use these for sensitive buisness information, so the security on these phones are not easily defeated. I am sure its possible, but probably very difficult.

<p>I think all you have to do is call yourself and the phone will automatically unlock. </p>

I have seen this asked and answered before, there is a way which involves connecting it to your PC, search

There are ways with a PC. All the ways I know require your MLS. See what a search comes up with though, there may be an easier way.
