How do I flash?
 

Ok this is a really NEWB question i know, but for as much as i have searched, i havent found a thread titled;
"How to flash for noobs"

If someone could help me out and do a step by step post, i would have many thanks.

topmost sticky in the upgrades section reads HOW TO FLASH YOUR TOUCH PRO, maybee check that out
