Broken Screen - Ouch.
 

First of all thanks to everyone that I have learned from in these forums.

I was getting into a cab the other night and my VZW touch pro was in my coat pocket the door got closed before I was all the way in and it crushed my TP. I don't have insurance on the phone and I can't seem to find a replacement LCD anywhere for the TP, they are out there for other HTC phones just not the Touch Pro. VZW said they would give me the one year price 450.00. I was hopeing that someone here might have a better idea than any that I have had. 450.00 is a bunch to pay for a extra battery and charger :) Thanks.

oh damn sorry bout that dude, how old is your TP,cant you still ad insurance?

I got it the week that it came out on VZW. I am not sure I am going to call them now. I am under the impression that broken screens are not covered by VZW's insurance. I hope that I am wrong.

Check your craigslist posting in your area? I have seen a couple of touch pros with bad esn that for about 200. Check eBay too. Then take the screen out as well other other parts you need?
