Pretty sure the bottom bar is part of manila (the settings for it are under manila in the registry) so you cannot make it disappear without closing manila. The task bar, can't really do anything about that either

The only thing I don't get is why you can use a cab like nueNoBar and it will remove bottom bar when you have touchflo disabled, but once it's enabled again, the bar comes back.

It gives me a glimmer of hope for future possibilities, but also the realization that I will not be creating those possibilities.

Like said before thats because the bottom bar is part of manila. Notice how when you dont have tf3d enabled there are different soft keys (or as least on mine). Thats why nueNoBar works when just on the regular today screen but manila is a today screen replacement.

Dont know if it will work but wisbar advance has an option to hide the soft key bar. Might be the same results as nueNoBar but I guess worth a try. My opinion is it wont work though.

As far as skinning them you can use a tsk file. But I know for a fact you can skin them in wisbar. I made a skin a while ago for my mogul that had the same skin as my wallpaper so you couldnt see the top bar. All you seen was the windows emblem, signal, etc. Takes a while especially if you have a complex wallpaper to be able to match the pixels up so it looks fluid.

Re: The taskbar / bottom bar.

Its because manila (tf3d) takes complete control of the today screen, hence the reason no today plug-ins work either.

BTW, theres a new program floating around called TFDetacher, it lets you switch between tf3d and any other today screen kinda like secondToday does, but it has softkey configuration in it also in the settings, for tf3d or non tf3d today screens

If you use WAD2 (WisBar Advance Desktop), the theme allows you to make those disappear.

It doesn't work with TF3D.

Re: The taskbar / bottom bar.

I wanted to give this a bump and see if anyone has any ideas about getting the taskbars in manila transparent like they are when using the Windows Default today screen in 6.5? If it has already been done and I just missed it, please point me in that direction. Thanks!
