Error message from uninstalled program...
 

I had installed the Diamond Background changer and then today I uninstalled it, and I had my background changer set to change every 4 hours, and once that 4th hour comes up, I'm getting another error message that says it can't execute the file. How do I get rid of that one?

Look for a shortcut in your Windows/startup folder & delete it.

what steps did u take to uninstall?? sounds like just a file or folder was deleted, but not actually removed. i would reinstall that app, then go to start/settings/system/remove programs, highlight the app then tap remove. HTH
