Sprint TV updating problem
 

I just got my replacement phone, and I noticed that my Sprint TV won't update.
I'm not talking about the VGA update.
I'm talking about the the Sprint TV on TF3D won't update.
On the bottom left, it says "update now".
When I click on it, the little TV square on the upper right says "updating" right above it.
All I have is one square on the right and that's the one for TV.
Usually there are 3 squares on the right.
It just keeps saying "updating", and then I get an error message saying something like it couldn't update.
Sprint TV works, but it just won't update and give me the two other squares.
Is there something wrong with my phone or is this a Sprint problem?
Is there a way to fix this?
Is anyone else having this problem?

i am having that problem but i don't think it's a biggie.sprint tv still boots and the only difference is it just has a tv icon on tf3d instead of the tv,sprint radio and sprint exclusive entertainment icons.

ive had this same issue with sprint tv since ive gotten the phone. Not able to update and cant launch it

I've got the same problem - the update won't work, and launching without updating gives an error. I guess I'll call tech support again tomorrow.

I want Sprint TV on my Alltel Touch Pro...I use to do that on the PPC 6700...do you think thats possible now on the Touch Pro?
