How Can I Back Up And Restore My Contacts On The Touch Pro Without Outlook cause im not paying for the program nor do i want it but with my activesync that came with my phone it wont let me sync without outlook is there something else i can do.

You can always setup a mail2web account and do it via over the air active sync free of charge just a thought tho this is what i prefer just incase i lose my phone i have a backup :)
