Sprint Instant Messager error.

When I attempt tolog into Sprint Instant Messager I get
"The MD5 digests do not match (code:403)"

I had the same problem. I recently exchanged phones and I don't think it was set up correctly. Go to settings and update your profile. That worked for me.

Hey when you say to go to settings and then update your profile - I don't see a profile icon in my settings folder. I'm using WM6.5 and I have the following:

Bluetooth
Clock & Alarms
Lock
Sound & Notifications
Today
Connections
Personal > which only includes buttons, input, owner info & phone (ringtones and whatnot)
System
