Question Screen Art in Touch Flo Music Player
 

Since I had such great help with my issue for local cities in the Touch Flo Weather app I was curious if I might be able to get some assistance with this question. All of my artwork is for mp3's but hardly any shows in the Touch Flo Music program. The Sprint store told me that only Apples ACC files will show the artwork. My music player looks weak with all of the pics grayed music symbols and I would like all of my artwork to show if possible. Does someone know if this can be fixed? If I can get this fixed I might not even be interested in the Pal Pre anymore :) Thanks for your time!!

There are apps that can do this type of thing for you. However I don't use them.

All of my music is stored in the music folder of my storage card. Now when I open up the music folder, I've got tons of folders within. Each is an album. I add a jpg called "folder" in each of those folders.

I get the album art from amazon, then make sure to resize the image to 200x200.

All of my album art showed up when I was using the built-in music player. (now I've moved onto using S2P)

Again, there are apps, and embedding album art within the music file itself out there, but this way works best for me.

Check out FixTunes. It will go through all your mp3s and add cover art.

Thanks for both of your replies. I get all my album art showing in Windows Media Player. It just doesn't show in the Touch Flo Music Player interface. I was just curious why it shows in Windows Media but not Touch Flo? Would album art from Amazon or fixtunes make it show inthe built in Touch Flo Player?

Also, m music as well is on the storage card in the music folder with seperate folders for the artist and albums. I sync it with Windows media player so that is how it sets it up. My artwork is there but not in Touch Flo's music player.

Yeah Im have the same problem....The art is there but doesnt show up on the touch flo's player....But the album art shows up on the phone's media player....:-x

I have the opposite issue - album art shows up in TF but not in WMP.

I like to have that problem then mine....bc i usely never use the media player i us the touch flo player bc its quickier to get too.

I sync my phone with my iMac - which has all of the album art.

Like Skid said, you need to make sure that your album art is being embedded in the file itself, and not just being saved as a hidden file in the folder where the MP3 is located. I usually use MediaMonkey to do this.
