Backlight unstable
 

hi.

i'm noticing some flicker on my TP. seems like the backlight control is moving up and down 1 or 2 notches. it might be related to it adapting to ambient light and maybe being to sensitive to it, no?

does anybody notice this? is there a setting to change to fix this?

In settings, power, backlight, there is an auto adjust option. Could be that.

I get the same flicker occasionally, almost always in lower room light situations. The backlight settings are under settings\system\power\backlight but it only allows you to select yes or no to auto adjust the backlight.

I see this with or without the auto adjust backlight enabled. I usually just do a soft reset and it resolves the issue.
