Forcing landscape?
 

I noticed some apps look better when forced into landscape mode by opening the keyboard. Only trouble is, when you close the keyboard it reverts back to portrait.

Is there a way to force an app to display in landscape mode without the need to have the keyboard open?

You could use a button assignment program to assign rotate screen to a hard button.
I use AEButton Plus.
