Not to hijack the thread, but I have tried the cab and it works great. Has a little static on my Jawbone 1, but I figure that is from the polling that the application does for the headset to remain connected. I have been looking for something like this for Navigation, just tested it and now I am a very happy camper....

EDIT: You might see if you can get it added to the Essentials list as well.. I think it will be a welcomed addition. do you know if there are any updates to the cab? I noticed that the version posted was 1.0.

(I tickled the green button as well.)

So if you have a fit issue just buy some jabra eargels and you would be good to go, you wouldn't even need any of the ear loop things that came with the jawbone2.

That's EXACTLY what I did. Jawbone rubbers are obnoxious. I never use the hoops either because they never rest on my ear, they just sit there. I just got though selling one with an iPhone and showed them how easy to pair it is and what great quality it is.

For the record, VC is very cool. I've never had it on a phone before (other than my retired samsung flip) and I love showing it off how I can name an artist and have it play hands free.

However the Jawbone 2 is loud and all sounds can be routed to it with the BT cab, including reading email, text, navigation,music...the hardest thing about the J2 is the fit, once you get it you are golden..any specific question just ask

I cant hear the nav through the bt with the cab turned on? How do i get it set up to hear everything?

Connect your J2 first then turn on the BT cab, mine is installed straight to the TP memory not sd card. I assume you soft resetted your device after install..

$69 for a custom eargel? You have got to be kidding me, I can get a pack of six jabra eargels for probably $5 shipped on ebay, it may not be as nice looking but it gets the job done for a fraction of the cost.

+1 for muffin guy:headbang: I just bended that ear loop man and that was it, tip: leave the uncovered blk material alone, just bend the covered material , in my case grey.
