VZ TouchPro Stuck in boot screen after Flash
 

My Verizon 6850 is now stuck in the first boot screen after flash (the one with the radio info and versions). A hard reset does nothing (its still stuck). a soft reset just gets me back where I was. Same with a battery pull. What Now.

Flash was BuildOS version 20931.

Help.

It won't take any flash. just sits in boot screen unless you know how to force it from there?

Hold Volume Down and Power Button in, soft reset with stylus...this will get you to bootloader then flash. You should now be looking at the Tri-Color Screen

you dont need to do that last part if you just start with the phone off... ie, vol down and power button

Thanks, you know I tried that about 5 times (to get to bootloader) but I tried several mores times and it finally went? HMMM??/!!??!!!!

I am glad you guys exist. My brother was playing with my phone today because he just got a tp as well and he was checking out what i'd done to it. I wanted to show him my splash screen so I soft reset the thing and it got stuck at the htc logo. I thought I was boned but you've saved me. tyvm.
