help please touch pro is acting a monkey
 

got a touch pro december 23 and yesterday december 29 i realized my phone wouldnt ring but i would get a voiemail notification.....so today i wake up and i have 5 new voiemails and no missed calls......wtf......i call a couple of people tell them to call me back......... nothing...i call them they say it goes stright to voicemail......i can get texts, call out and everything....if im on the phone i get the call......whats going on .....is there a fix

I think there may be a problem with your service and not your phone. I'd give Sprint a call and tell them what's going on.

You should fix your information so we know what carrier you are with but...I am going to assume Sprint. My GF is having the exact same problem..or was but she has a Samsung Rant. I am not having these issues. Called Sprint yesterday about her phone and they went through some screens to fix it. So far so good. Call Sprint and tell them whats going on.

yea it sucks cuz right now this is the only phone im around so i cant call sprint bcuz you can call from the phone that is having the issues

Ya, you will have to use another phone because if they do for you what they did for my GF, you can't be on the phone.
