Finally solved my problems with lag, weak battery life
 

I went back to a Palm phone.. :(

Thanks to all those that tried to help. I truly and honestly appreciate it. Eventually, though, I had to face the fact that this phone isn't for me and I went back to Palm. Thanks for your help in the meantime, though.

I went with the Centro. Trying to get away from WinMo. So the 800w wasn't an option. I'll keep an eye out here and on the G1 forums for news of improvements in the OSes and battery life.

after the battery hacks and stuff.. my battery lasts long enough for me. but yeah, good luck.. a centro? really? isn't that for girls?

Pro is for warriors man, it ain"t for quitters:mrgreen: nomsayin ,just kidding there, it took a bit to get the Mogul up to par and the Pro is on its way:headbang: so you are saying the Centro is better than carrying a second battery, Hell no man, I get a freaking 12V around b4 I do Centro, yeah it is for chikkies...

Note: Ds, god luck with your move, I think they have Centro in pink, can anyone confirm?lol
