I live in middle Tennessee and when i call *228 and try option 1 it says your phone can not be programed is this Verizon or my phone

call VZW... tell them you hard reset and for some reason it wont program... they'll help you from there

well its weird I went about 300 yards down the road to my fire department and it programs but when im at my house its unsuccessful on my touch pro and my brothers treo 700
