Picture Mail help needed
 

I followed the directions went to www.sprint.com/picturemail
clicked join now and had password txt to me. So I complete the registration.

Now I go into picture mail the screen says click menu then new
I do this and it doesnt do anything none zip sero.

I went on this laptop and went to the same address logged in and my account is up so why inst this working on the phone? Called sprint the rep told me refer to page 160 of the manual and burped yeah he was helpful

*UPDATE* i figured it out turns out you need to open opera and at the home page zoom in and at the top of the page click software updates. It will open up a window tab telling you there is a picture mail cab file. Click ok to update when installed your phone will update and picture will now finally work.

WHY DOESNT SPRINT REP MENTION THIS OR THEY SHOULD MAKE A NOTE ON THERE WEBSITES SUPPORT SECTION. THERE HOPELESS AT TIMES. I DONT BELIEVE THAT JD POWER AND ASSOCIATES CUSTOMER REVIEW THING. THINK JD POWER GETS PAID OFF TO MAKE A COMPANY LOOK GOOD.

maybe..about the pay off thing, but u cuda went to the sprint software store, dloaded the free picmail cab, install it...send 1 test to urself, shuda fixed it....but ur right tho, sprint CC shuda told u better...doz damn sheep(big up to success100 for that reference)
also, theres ALOT of threads for that..u cuda found support from the real techs...ppcgeeks that is("damn right" in that issac hayes-shaft voice)
