if you want to change the wallpaper on TF3D, you go into SETTINGS THROUGH TF3D, THE SETTINGS TAB, IN TF3D, and the wallpaper option is right there. IN TF3D, the SETTINGS TAB, IN TF3D.

everybody there is no settings in tf3d..i keep tryn to g oto settings today n check add background pic..but it doesnt work..so im sayn where is this wallpaper thing at..plz respond

Press the HOME button on your phone. You should see the clock and the tabs at the bottom. Hold the home tab, and slide your finger all the way to the right. You should be on the settings tab. If not, find the tab that looks like a gear. In that tab there is a wallpaper option.
