Making Opera Default Browser

Is there a way to make sure that Opera is the main browser that is opened via links in emails, texts, etc.? IE opens right now and I'd like for it to be Opera.

are you clicking opera or p.i.e.?opera should be the default setting.if it isn't,either slide your keyboard out and hit web or go to settings>menu and click opera browser to appear in your start menu.
