thanks.. so will all this work even if the wallpaper4all cab is deleted?

the first link you sent me is not working.. after i extract it it tell me it cannot be opened

did you upload it to the phone it should be a cab file.

Cab files should be opened on the phone not on your pc or with active sync..you can move the files to your phone via the pc/active sync then disconnect phone from PC and click on the file in the phone. via file explorer.

With my method you do need to install all cabs including the wallpaper4all cab, but be sure you're using version v2 there are several cabs available for different carriers.
