Sorry to do this, I know you were working hard on the other font. Did you see these? There are Star Wars and Star Jedi Font.

http://www.fontparade.com/index.php?...&cat=61&site=9

Which one of those were you using, the original or alternate?

Post some screenshots if you don't mind.

Ya there are about 4 versions of Star Wars type fonts running around but the SF Distant Galaxy is the most complete and closest to genuine. I am using the standard SF Distant Galaxy, not alternate or outline versions. Ok after much trial and tribulation, I finally got it. I left out the Win Mobile font and kept that stock...for now anyway. Everything fits perfectly that I can tell. Thanks a ton MrHawaii! I still need to work on teh numbers for the clock but I am just not having much luck with that. I'll have to come back to that when I get my patience back lol.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=450335

Use the font editor from this post. Open the font you are trying to use in your case the Star Wars font. Do the autonaming thing like the post suggested.

Now here is how you edit the size of the font (letters/numbers/characters).
Select all Glyphs, then go to Tools/Glyph Transformer. Double Click on Outlines to open up the full menu, and then click on "Scale". Press the right arrow next to it to bring it to the "Script". Then below you can choose what percentage Vertical and Horizontal you want to edit the fonts.

Now you can decrease/increase the white space above and below the font. Just remember it has to be higher than the tallest point of the tallest character in your font and lower than the lowest point of the lowest character in your font. Go to Format/Settings, then metrics tab on top. Win Ascent is the top of your white space and Win Descent is the bottom of the white space.

What I did was opened the Tahoma font from my computer and tried to get the dimensions of the font I wanted the same as Tahoma. Good luck and let me know how it went!

Sorry forgot about the second part of your question. I made the clock using a Manila editor program. That was pretty hard too. There was 4 manila files for different set of numbers, I think they were 012, 345, 678, and 9. When opening each file with the Manila Editor, there was an image file for each set. I had to make and image file for each set with the font and color and save them to that manila file replacing to old images. You also have to get the spacing right or else it would cut off some of the numbers. I will post a cab for that clock if it is wanted.

I love your font but something is not working right when I install the cab for tf3d. After i install it i'm told that is was made for an older version of windows, and certain things are still the normal font. Such as the text under the text messaging tab. I have tried this on mighties 4.3 rom and juicys 4.7 rom as well. Have any idea whats causing this?

Thanks. I am not sure. I am using stock Sprint ROM. Are you trying to install just the Illegal Edding TF3D font or are you trying to install both by installing MarcosHand WinMo first and then TF3D CAB? If so, uninstall all then try to install TF3D CAB first then the WinMo CAB. I am not sure if that makes a difference or not but that is how I have always done it.

Has anyone else had trouble/success installing these on custom ROMs more specifically the ROMs that FoxRacR is trying to install it on?

I think I tried that but didn't like it because the MarcosHand font is thin. But hey, to each his own. Here is what you can try to do.

Try to install just the MarcosHand WinMo CAB. I think that should change the TF3D fonts too.

If that doesn't work, try to install that CAB and add these two Reg Edits.

Go to your Registry Editor and add a new key in HKLM/System/GDI titled FontAlias .

Add a String Value for that key, name of string value is HelveticaNeue LT 55 Roman and value of that would be Tahoma.

Soft reset of course after. Let me know if that helps.

They all worked fine for me. Only prob I had was a white box at the top left of all my screens other then the home screen. But after redoing some things its gone now. Also When I first installed I noticed that even the font for using the phone (mute, speakerphone, etc) was changed but only for one call. since then thats went back to normal. not sure if thats supose to have diff font or not. Thanks again for these.
