I tried to copy the file for you, it says its a protected file and cannot be copied.. I tried on the device, and through Active Sync. Couldnt get it to copy due to security restrictions.

Use another file explorer... I think resco should work.

Rescoe gives an error "Access denied"
Total commander might have got it (received an error, but it looks like it still copied)

Theres probably a running process that access that file you need to kill with something like dotfred's task manager to be able to move/replace that file
