Just slow as hell..
 
This Touch Pro is seriously almost annoying how slow to respond to everything it is. Even with all the tweaks added, still slow as hell
I mean its just as bad as the old 6700 phone.

Any Vzw people having good luck with some of the new ROMs?
Im giving it 2 more weeks and its going back to the store and Im moving back to my blackberry. At least the BB was quick with basic functions

What basic functions are giving you trouble? If you need some help, be more specific. If you are just here to complain, why bother posting?

It was basically relating to the question of.. any Vzw users having better luck with the newer roms than the Vzw junk.

And yes, Ive read that thread and many other thanks.

Mainly when entering the mail section.. sometimes I have to wait 10 seconds at least just to pull up the main sms screen. I dont use the Touchflo stuff, just the pain ole WM6.1 interface

I will try that one thank you much. I dont care for any of the HTC stuff, I just would like the basic 6.1 without the jazz and vzw crap. I LOVE the screen on this thing.. its mainly the only reason I came back to the PDAs.

If you've already checked out the Essentials thread, I think that is it for now. I believe some people are working on a Touch Pro cleanup thread for Verizon people just like the Cleanup for Sprint thread.

Ya I checked out the essentials for sure.
Im going to check out that sprint clean up to see what thats about too
