New interface creation

Can someone point me in the right direction for possibly creating an interface such as TouchFlo or BellUI? I've seen ways to edit existing content but nothing on creation.

Don't attempt it unless you have some damn good experience.

There are no guides because, frankly, no one has that type of skill here.

Well, the skill may be there, but no one [or small group] has the kind of time to completely build a new interface from the ground up!

Well, there are exceptions.

yeah it would have to be a team of people developing and testing the software, it would be a full time job.
