Lower Button Backlight Stays On

Does anyone else's lower button area not shut off?

Screen is off, but the lights are on. It happens quite often, actually. I don't mind, to be honest, but I'm just wondering if anyone else's does this.

I think that means the phone is fully charged? It happens after I keep it on the charger for a while...

Not the DPad.. I mean the entire lower area: home, back, send, and end keys.

Hibby had a thread on this not long ago.

If I turn screen on and press hardware end key then shut off screen it fixes the problem.

Have the same problem. It's random though. Usually it turns off about a minute after I hit the power button to put the phone in standby.

Sorry to double post, but Big D5 says that Google Maps can also cause the issue...

I thought that was the reason as well but it has happened when I do not have it running. Unless Google Maps replaces some DLL's when installed...
