TP Won't Answer Calls!
 
Help! Anyone else having this problem? So I installed S2U2 1.36 and was having problems with its slide to answer feature (basically the button would slide over, but not answer a call and slide back). Well now I uninstalled the program, did a hard reset, all that good stuff and whenever anyone calls my phone, while its locked, if I press the answer button the ringer stops but the phone doesn't pick up the call? What gives? Thanks!

I've had this same problem and finally hard reset and I now I wont us S2U2
BUT also I have had problems picking up because of other issues......It seems the T/P in a little touchy on this issue.

take a look at the volume page when you hit the volume on the side....is it screwed up?

what are you using now for locking the TP?

I've been using S2U2 for a while now ... through 3 handsets .... never trusted the CallerID ... always used stock and never had problems ...

A_C says right in his XDA post that you should test it every day before use "especially the CallerID function" so aparently its always been an iffy deal ...

It looks like I am going to be resorting to that as well. I do have SPB and I backed it up before I did the upgrade, however, when I tried just running the backup file TouchFlo 3D would not load. Do I need to do a hard reset before running the SPB backup file? Anyone with the program have some helpful hints for me? Thanks much.

Looks like a hard reset followed by a running of SPB Backup did the trick. Now everything is working again as usual. Wow, just this one instance made that program totally worth. Great job SPB!

The one & only time I ever did a restore without a hard reset first, I had all kinds of problems.

From then on, I ALWAYS hard reset first & then the restores with SPB BU work perfectly (& I did a TON of them in my old Titan)
