Accidentally flashed my Spring phone w/ Verizon shipped exe, please help!

I searched the forums, but I am having a problem getting my HTC Touch Pro back to the sprint shipped default.

I unlocked and flashed w/ the sprint ROM but when I load the phone it will show a Verizon wireless screen and then boot up into the Sprint ROM.

My txt and voice calls work, but my data is messed up.

Here is my info so far.

ROM Version 1.03.651.3
Radio Version 1.03.15F
Protocol Version 7500J-SDCBAP2m-6150
Hardware Version 002
PRL Version 60614
PRI Version 1.47.003
MEID A1000000780DA10

My username is all jacked up, should be username@sprintpcs.com but its some weird address.

Any ideas how to fix the Verizon bootup screen and my username looking all jacked up?

Thanks in advance ;)

Are you flashing with the Sprint shipped rom that is the .exe or are you using the dumped rom? You do not need to have your phone unlocked to flash the .exe, at least you shouldn't.

I am a co-worker trying to help him (same phone). His name shows correctly under the EPST. It is under device information that it shows a bunch of weird numbers and letters for 'current username' unlike mine showing name@sprintpcs.com.

He did flash the stock sprint exe (Hermann_C_SPRINT_WWE_1.03.651.3_RS1.03.15F_SPCS_1 .53_PRL6063_Ship.exe.zip) but it still shows the Verizon phone starting up logo when the phone first comes on.

Try flashing again and do a couple hard resets. You can also try the "clear storage" which should be found under settings. Aside from that, someone with more knowledge will have to step in and help.

EDIT: Also, as long as yuo are on the stock Sprint rom, go to settings and try doing a profile update as well as the PRL update and see if that helps anything.

A "Couple" of resets is the same as one reset. That's like someone telling you to reboot your computer 3 times. No need to. If one reset doesn't fix it. Look for another solution.

If doing a couple resets will kill you, then ya, do just one...

Next time instead of posting useless info, try to be useful instead.

Your info is useless. No need to hard reset a device a million times.

To the OP, try this. If your phone is unlocked (says cmonex 1.37 on the bootloader screen [hold power, vol down and reset to get to bootloader]), get a micro sd card download this file: ftp://ppcgeeks.com/Raphael/Users/ImC...RUU_dumped.rar

Once you un-rar that file. Load it onto a micro sd card and rename it to RAPHIMG.nbh

Then insert it in your phone and put the phone in bootloader mode by pressing power, vol down and holding the stylus in the reset hole until the multi colored screen cones up. That will load the rom from the card

Not to get off topic, but I'm wondering how Sprint get's misspelled as Spring so often in these threads?
