ANY plan with unlimited data should be able to get this phone. Don't let them BS you. Mine is on a SERO plan (heavily discounted, legacy plan with unlimited data).

You don't need data for this phone, but unless you live where Wi-Fi is constant, it kinda defeats the purpose...
