No Data Error 1012
 

Data was working fine, but now I am dataless! I have everything set up as stated here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=48843

However, I consistently get error 1012 when trying to update. I am stuck in roam currently (it worked earlier here, but has now quit). Do I need to be in a sprint coverage area to update the profile?

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

The AAA shared secret is not always your password...you may have to call Sprint to get it....

that is what I need to get mine working but sprint will not give it to me. Actually I need both SA and AAA keys I think.

If you mean HA.....it is always "secret"......as far as the AAA they should give it to you...

lol.. Wow.. Just having Roam Guard enabled caused all these issues? wow!

Even so my HA one is blank - doesn't say "secret" - so I think I'm screwed unless anyone has any ideas.

enter six digit code, under HA Password, hit "ok" enter word "secret", hit "ok"
Now, like BigD7 said, you would have to get you AAA Password from sprint
