Remove Calendar Icon and Name or Link to Camera, working backround on all tabs?
 

I do not use the calendar app at all and it is a waste of prime real estate on my touchflo today screen, is there any way to remove it or better yet, retrofit it to the camera app.

Ive looked into the registry and a few specific mode 9 manilas with a hex editor but no luck, any help appreciated.

I would even be ok just to make it blank or transparent even if it was there but I couldnt see it and just see my background, but still see the clock and call history.

Ive jacked the phone to work the way I want with all the little tweaks and edits(no rom swap, running on stock) and it is now working almost perfectly these are my last (currently) holy grails

So if anyone can help in solving those last two problems I have:

1. Remove or remap the calendar icon and the word Calendar on the home sceen. (leaving call history)

2. Backgound on all tabs with transparent digital clock (current all tabs 2.0 kills the clock to blank white digits or 12 00 all the time and is unusable)

I would be a happy camper. Thanks in Advance for any help.

Image1 is what I currently have, stock sprint touchflo3d, no curtains tweak, no logo cab, transparent clock cab, my background image, guava theme underneath, left soft key remapped from phone to camera.

Nothing spectacular.

Image2 is basically what I want or would accept, which is get rid of the calendar icon and the calendar word, it would even be ok if it was still there and clickable but just transparent, I dont use the calendar app at all.

Image3 is the more ideal answer where the calendar icon and name/app could be replaced with something useful such as the camera or some other useful application link like a tweak program I use all the time or anything else.

If it was the camera there in place of the calendar then I can release the left soft button for something else.

if you look at the link i posted, i only have a clock and icons on my home screen, nothing else.

Yes I saw that, and am interested in how you did it, but more importantly I still want SOME of the stuff still on my screen besides the clock, I just dont want calendar.

In a perfect world it would be replaced by a news scroller or something like that, but I know thats not a chance in hell so I dont think its a stretch to want a link I use instead of the crappy calendar link I will never ever ever click or use.

Just cant figure out how to do it, but not for trying and a lot of resets.

So how did you accomplish the full wipe except for the clock, perhaps its on the right track for what I want to do.

For the glass clock & background on all pages (same background on all pages), look at this post & dl the file named: Backgrounds+FlipClock (Glass).zip

For the calendar... I don't know that yet. It would be nice to have other things on there.
