Exchanged my TP and got a new one
and sprint let me keep everything from my old one except the phone. they gave me the stylus and battery and i got to keep my memory card. and it was new in the box

glitch in the software. was hoping it would be fixed but nope. |

I have been trying to do the same thing but the store never seems to have it in stock so I get nothing

they took my name and i had to wait a couple weeks. and the new ones dont seem to have the rocker issue the first ones did

Anyone know what the terms are for the exchange? I got one 12/1 so I'm within the 30 days. The one I recieved had a build date of 10/24 and has a lot of lag and some other quirks like it will get stuck in a loop and keep typing the same key. Even did a hard reset and I feel it got worse. So I figured I'd try with a new one, but the day I got it my friend's dog chewed one of the earbuds.
Will they still swap it for another one? |
