to open them on your desktop,
you need to download winrar.
simple google for winrar will find it.

yes, you can open them on your ppc.
you'll need pocket rar for that.

Im trying to put the fire theme on my pro. I opened the zip file is there somewhere i specificly have to put them? After they are extracted?

If you do that make sure you get a mirrored drive, to lose that much info due to hdd failure would be a disaster!!!:(
