I called to have mine replaced on Sunday (12/14) and was told a new one would be sent out immediately and I'd be seeing it within 2-3 days... 5 tops. We'll see. The Best Buy near here has some new ones now too, though I'm not sure on the quantity.

I work for sprint :( they were very popular christmas gifts sold out very quick, i dont believe most stores have them.. i believe we are expecting them Jan..... I have not recieved any emails of any glitches or problems with the TP only thing we have recieved is a email about the sprint tv, if you do not do the update when it prompts your tv wont work again and u will not get the prompt u have to call in and we email u the link to download it.

I got mine the day they were available at Best Buy in October. Since then all my buttons stopped working. I took it into local Sprint store for replacement on 12/11. I called them today and they said it was backordered that was all they knew. I called *2 and tried to get more information but the guy said the same thing. They said they wouldn't downgrade me for a replacement but I might have to get something different because half of my features don't work. For instance I have to add a number into contacts to call someone because I can't use the phone buttons.
