1% increments in battery icon

Ok I know the battery icon back that I upgraded has the option, but I only get 10% increments. No matter what battery icon upgrades I use, I keep getting 10% increments but I want it in 1%. I know its possible because everyone has it, I just have no idea what's wrong. Is it a registry thing? Please help!

I'm not sure what "1 post? really?" means.... Not sure there is a reason to be an a** about it.

A simple "check out the essential sticky" and "please try to search before posting next time, tons of answers can be found that way" would have done the trick. The person is new, give them a break.
