Sorry to say guys, but it's a class 6. There are NO class 8 cards for any version of memory cards.

does it really matter how fast the card is, other than transferring files from computer to card? i have a class 4 8g and i notice that my music is slow to come up. i do have a ton loaded.

As neat as a class 8 card would be, I'm relieved since I just bought a class 6 card yesterday. With my luck the class 8's would have come out the next day :)

Guys... there's no such thing as 'Class 8' for SDHC's specifications.

There's only Class 2, 4 and 6

Look it up on sandisk's site.

the images prolly says 6 in the card that just look like 8. Just a small line can make 6 look like 8.
