Hard Resetting

Does hard resetting a Sprint service Touch Pro phone mean I have to reprogram anything when it boots back up? Or will everything work fine with Sprint as if I never reset it, but the settings will be back to default?

Also, this puts the registry changes and things like that back to how I bought it out of the box, right?
