picture mail issues on sprint anyone ?? - Page 5

Yeah, this REALLY pisses me off. I have tried to send PicMail on several occasions, but it has only worked once. Oh, and the one time it worked, it sent the PicMail to my friend 6 days after I had hit send. The update did nothing for me at all. Why would? The site says that it only adds sound and some kind of contact matching.

Either way, can anybody else just NOT SEND anything at all like me? I have tried everything in this thread, and nothing has worked as of yet. Does anyone else have any ideas?

ok so i did what conda said to do and the test msg i tried to send myself at 5:33am is still sending. it failed 3 times and after i told it to resend it has since then failed 2 more times. i tried to use sMMS and that seemed to send quickly, but it never came. i sent it to myself and i i got a confirmation that it sent, but i never received it. any other ideas? should i not be able to send a pic msg to myself to test?

I too couldn't get ANY picmail working until last night...i downloaded this .cab and installed...haven't had a single problem yet...

i will give this a shot and report back. the test msg i sent myself @ 5:33am finally sent and i got it at 8:47. that is pretty sad.

I just sent one a bit ago and it took about 10 minutes...not great but not nearly as bad as you're having it...

I am with you Touche if i send a picture mail it takes days for anyone to get it. i would even send pics to my wife who is sitting right next to me and she wont get it for days. PICTURE MAIL SUCKS! that is probably the only complaint i have about sprint. (by the way, i didnt mean to thank you touche i accidentally hit it while trying to quote)

Remember if you're using the CodyPersonalizer program to change your "sprint" in the top right corner it will Break receiving of picturemail... gotta choose to uninstall or not receive...

If you're not using personalizer... argh!

Check the other solutions posted.

are u guys roms by any chance custom??? did u cook it yourself? its weird, i used the sprint picmail cab from the software store on my fone, works fine for me..and sMMS works fine too. i dont mean to be facetious, but whats steps u take to install? gota add online albums or test login(for sMMS) first.
