Seidio Accessories available!

Just a heads up, Seidio finally has a bunch of TP stuff available for pre-order. I picked up a 1500Ma battery and FINALLY a spring holster!

I know it's still the same size as the factory one, but is a 10% increase worth $45?

yea does it really improve the batt life?

i'll wait for an extended battery... 50 bucks for the same battery isn't worth it.

Too bad. I was hoping for something in the 1800mah range with the same battery cover.

10% extra battery for $45 just doesn't seem at all worth it.

Agreed. I will wait for the extended with the extended cover...i dont care if it makes the phone a little thicker. I want more battery life!!!

Hell you got that right, especially since I can get a spare battery for about $10 on ebay. I even saw a 2500mah battery but the battery cover was for the gsm model, still though it was only $14.99.

Same question here. I am interested in that and would like to know if anyone has tried it on another device...

When you run an Extended battery, you truly are a ppcgeek. I bought the seidio 1500 mAh battery b/c it was the only one working at the time. I'm always charging the phone every chance I get anyways, so I dont really see a difference.

Re: Seidio Accessories available!

Seidio makes great batteries! I had the extended one on my mogul and the battery life lasted forever. I don't trust cheap Ebay batteries anymore; I bought a replacement Ebay battery for my laptop, because it wouldn't hold a charge with the oem one after a year. Now 6 months later the Ebay battery won't even hold a charge! You get what you pay for sometimes.. look out.

Re: Seidio Accessories available!

gah, just bought a case too after a long hard search
http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/s...8&phoneId=3785

I know it's from verizon, but it's a body glove pouch with a magnetic flap, no vzw markings on it. it's slim and it fits well. a little overpriced at $25, but it's a -real- good fit, and it has a more rounded profile so it doesn't stick out so much.

My only gripe is that you can't plug it in while in the case, but that would have only really mattered in my car. However, for my car, i got one of those little case logic neoprene bags thingies you hang from your vent for like $5. works well enough.

I didn't make myself really clear above. When you run an extended battery that sticks out of the phone, such as a 2800 mAh or greater battery, you truly are a PPC geek. I had one on my 6700, but not my Mogul. I'd rather go through 2 batteries than to detract from the aesthetics of the phone with an ugly obtrusion.

LOL No The one that is from HTC still is on there. Doubt I'll ever replace it.

EDIT:
Did anybody buy the INNOCASE and the holster for it? I don't know if I want to pay 50+ bucks for the two, but like the look of the case.. Think that will fit into the holster that came with the phone?

I bought a similar one from Sprint directly, and I hated it. It added like a 1/4 inch to the overall size of the phone and made it significantly harder to use the touchscreen with your finger.

I used it for a day, then took it off. I'll sell it to you if you want it!

I don't know how you can say it is similar to the Sprint version without trying both. Seidio advertises theirs as 1mm which is a far cry from 1/4th inch.

Well, let me be a bit more specific. It adds about a 1/4 inch to the entire phone. It probably is closer to 1-2mm on each individual surface if that makes sense?

Any body else order anything from Seidio this week? I tried to order the innocase and the innocase holster and it kept rejecting my credit card. Money was not the issue I have plenty of money on the credit card...

I bought one for my touch pro and like it very much...it takes a little getting used to the volume & power buttons as they are now recessed a bit....also when sliding finger along the side of the screen for some of the smaller things such as scroll bar ect. it is easier with the stylus but all in all for the price it is a very nice product ,looks good {got mine in black} and is made well...I also bought the 3 in 1 USB-car charger/travel charger and retractable USB cable..very handy and use the @#$% out of the retractable USB cable

Thanks for bumping this, they have Verizon Touch Pro acessories including a spring holster! Gotta go through the HTC link and then select Verizon as the carrier though, they arent listing the touch pro (or vx6850) if you go through the Verizon link first.

does anyone have pictures of the innocase?

It does not cause the phone to spread at all, it is very very thin (much thinner than any other case). I had one on my Titan for a year & loved it.

The problem I have is, you have to snap the bottom case off to change the battery (something I do all the time). Recently a tab snapped off on my TP case & now it won't stay on.

I am waiting to hear back from Seidio to see if they are going to replace it -I bought it in November.
