That's it! I was having the volume problem.(won't adjust while on call) So, I changed to the Windows mobile dialer. So, if I change back to the HTC dialer I can't adjust volume, if I stay with the Windows mobile dialer, I don't have a BT icon.
Hopefully there will be a solution so both will be fixed. I guess I'd rather have my volume adjustable for now.

for me, the moment i change to windows mobile dialer, i lost both the volume adjust function and the bluetooth icon, so i change it back to the htc dialer and both works fine now.
