How often do you use your stylus of your tp?
 

How often do you use your stylus? I find that I rarely use my stylus on my Touch Pro for browsing and everything. The only thing that I use it for is highlighting text and the occasional link that is too small.

I'd say that I use my stylus <5% of the time.

I was just curious about everyone else.

since you can effectively zoom with Opera and skyfire, i find that I only use my stylus to soft-reset...

i write myself notes a lot, so i use it quite a bit. sometimes i use it when i'm doing something else, and i have the phone sitting on my desk and have to reply to a text, but don't want to bother holding the phone. it comes in handy though. i definitely use it to change the pages of the threads on this site... has anyone tried to click the page numbers with a finger? am i hitting page 3 or page 7... hmmm, i dunno.

About 50% of the time. I can say that with confidence.

I use it for soft resets. Finger for everything else. :P

I find I've been using it a lot more often lately. It really doesn't take much time to slide that thing out and tap stuff. I almost never use it with the keyboard open, though.

Good question. I use mines about 99.9999999% of the time. Plus for some reason, when I use it... it makes me feel smart. LOL. Not that I am dumb. :P

That about sums it up for me. Otherwise on RDP sessions. But that's essentially all.

On my old Mogul I used the stylus about 80% of the time. I instinctively pulled out the stylus every time I turned it on.

With the TP I use it maybe about 30% of the time (and falling)
The stylus stays in the holder unless I absolutely need it.

I really like the "touch" friendliness of the TP.

resets and tapping small links for the most part, finger for everything else.

I use it when I play games, but not for most other functions. Of course for resets at well but all told < 10% I would say. I appreciate the touch friendliness a LOT, and find it a HUGE upside to the phone.

I especially love the wake on stylus slide out, it makes me think me and my phone are thinking the same thing. My Touch Pro is like: "Yawn whats up dude? "

i like to finger my tp but sometimes a take out the toy and stick it in the hole. wait that sounded dirty

I normally don't use the stylus but have found with IE6 I seem to have to use the stylus more. Sometimes with the Opera too.

All prior phones were Palm Treos in which I was a heavy stylus user, so I use the stylus about 95% of the time.
