Protecting Your HTC Touch Pro
Are you using a case or cover for your HTC Pro to protect it from drop, bump damage, etc?
I purchased one of the clear crystal cases from eBay. Clear Case - HTC Touch Pro - Link fixed I was afraid it would cause a problem with the sliding mechanism, but it actually fits perfectly. At first the slide was a little rough, but I found a clear piece of plastic on the backside of the phone that I did not even know was there. I tried one of the black rubberized cases, but it was a little thick so I switched to the clear. I am thinking about losing the case and just spending the $7 a month for the protection plan. Re: Protecting Your HTC Touch Pro
Seidio is the best case you can buy for any phone bar none! http://www.seidioonline.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=2759
I have had the rubberized hardcases on all of mine and my wife's PDA's for a few years now and the phone always looks new even after a years worth of use! They are not cheap, but they are made here in the US and are built very well! I would recommend getting the clip/case combo as it allows the phone to mount with the screen inwards on a cusion of velvet out of harms way!

Just saw that on Engadget, too bad their guarantee makes them sound like they're selling the fountain of youth. |
