My TF3d keep on crashing when i try to load up a album? Anyone have this experience before?

I had this problem after I transfered my pictures from my Mogul to my TP pictures folder. Moved all of the mogul pics to my SD card and the problem went away. I assume you are talking about picture albums. No idea why this worked but it did

Thanks you guys for your help, but when i try to load the music album it crashes. I tried removing the id tags but when it try to load the album it just dies out and restart. I wonder if this is a BUG.

I even went in to an album and delete all the files except for the mp3. Still it crashes. I'm starting to hit the PRO!

Have you tried clearing your library and replacing it?

But how? i go to the music tab, hit library and then what do i do.. i don't see anything to clear the library.

i had the same problem..i just took the storage card out..reinserted it..went to file explorer played new songs on new storage via windows media..closed it..n went back to tfd3..browsed past library to albums..n it worked!

somebody tell me how to clear the library, i've been sitting here for hours and can't figure it out...

Nobody knows how to fix this problem.....? wow! Now i know why people choose the iphone over the HTC pro or any windows mobile. Iphone just works...... If i didn't have sero, i would probably jump ship....

UPDATE: I finally figured it out, i empty the recycled bin, removed all the tag id using the mp3tag and now it's working fine with all the icon. So, make sure you empty the recycle bin!

If you're using Resco, yes.

My guess is TF3D will scan your Storage for all types music files even in the recycle bin... So anyone experience slow finger scrolling or crashing when going to albums. Make sure you empty the recycle bin. Plus, mp3tag will fix the icon issue too..... knock 2 birds in 1 little stone!
