Dude - get s2u2 from AC and that will fix your problem. Just set it to activate when the screen dims and you won't have the problem of your phone dialing out because it will be locked.

It wakes up because you got crappy signal. Try setting it to roam only... I have to do that when I'm home to save my battery and keep my phone asleep.

try S2U2. I have the same issue with my phone randomly waking up. With S2U2 I have to slide a bar to turn it on completely, so if it wake up in my pocket I don't have to worry about calling people.
