hey sauman not to second guess u bro cuz i kno u kno what ur talking about...but, i installed one of the 1st 2 inages posted as welcomehead.192.png already...it took away the little sprint anamated screen and then the green winmo 6.1 screen pops up for just a second...i was reading and thought since i got rid of the sprint animanted with the toch pro image i can then install this one inplace of the winbo 6.1 screen lol...let me tinker with this thing and see what i have done

Well, the animation can stay.

If you are naming it welcomehead.192.png, you MUST have file extensions enabled on your computer.

Open my documents>tools>folder options>view>uncheck hide extensions for known file types

here is my start up gif, sound, and image. (if anyone wants em then copy em to \windows and overwrite except blank wav)
