International Text Messaging

Has anyone successfully sent International Text Messages from their Sprint Touch Pros? If so, what's the phone number prefix etc that must be entered before the actual number and country code? With my Samsung A900 I had to put in 011+country code+phone number. This doesn't seem to work with my TP...

I thought it cost more than the standard text messaging rate. I also thought you had to get this enabled by calling sprint customer service. I could be wrong, but I called on it a couple of weeks ago.
