Help cracked screen
 

Hey guys. I was out with my friends for a couple of hours and when I checked my phone to see the time the screen was cracked. My question is what do I do now? Ive head horror stories of the sprint insurance ppl ending out diamonds instead of tps. Any ideas? Thanks.

go exchange it in person at a sprint store.... they are all out of stock now i think but in a week check

Trade it in for a loaner phone until more TPs are in stock... Your accident does not constitute an emergency for Sprint... :D

Would this be a swop or a fefurb? My 30 days trial ends next sunday.

does a cracked screen get covered under the 30 day trial? personally, i don't think it does nor would i think sprint would cover something like this. but beats me??

It really shouldn't be covered, but it all depends on who you talk to when it comes down to customer reps.

how'd you crack it? i mean, if you can prove that the phone just mysteriously went *poof* and it cracked, then yes, sprint will cover it. otherwise, no.

I dont know how I cracked it. I had it in the case on my belt when I went to eat with friends. Went to check the time a bit later and the screen was cracked.
